Inflera makes new photos of you from photos you choose to share. Your face is the most personal thing you can give a product, so this page says plainly what we collect, why, who processes it and how you remove it.

Who we are

Koimark LLC runs Inflera and is the data controller for inflera.com and app.inflera.com. Address: [registered address]. Contact: hello@inflera.com.

What we collect

• Your email address, to sign you in with a link or a six-digit code.
• Your consent: when you gave it and to what, recorded before any photo is uploaded.
• The photos you choose to upload, reduced in size on your device before they leave it.
• Your twin: the identity model trained from those photos, and the frames made with it.
• Your judgements: Approve, Edit, Delete and Later on each frame, and the reasons you pick.
• Your plan: whether you are subscribed, and the customer and subscription references Stripe gives us. Your card details go to Stripe and never reach us.
• Where you came from: if you arrived through a link carrying a short tag, we store that tag once with your account.

Why we use it

Only to make your photos and to make them more like you. Your face data is biometric data, so we process it on the basis of your explicit consent, which you give in the app before your first upload. We do not sell your data, use your photos to advertise, or make photos of you that you did not ask for.

Who processes it

• Higgsfield, our generation partner, trains your twin and makes your frames.
• Supabase stores your account, consent, photos and frames, in the European Union (Ireland).
• Stripe takes your payment and manages your subscription.
• Vercel hosts the website and the app.

How long we keep it

Until you delete it. In the app, Settings → Delete my twin removes your photos, your frames, your judgements and your account from Inflera. We also ask Higgsfield to delete what it holds for you; deletion of a trained identity at Higgsfield is outside our direct control, and we will say so plainly if a request cannot be completed.

Your rights

You can see, correct, export or delete your data, and withdraw consent at any time. Withdrawing consent stops all new photos from being made. Write to hello@inflera.com; you can also complain to your data protection authority.

Personas on our site

Everyone shown on inflera.com is an AI persona, not a real customer. Real people appear only with their consent and their own approved frames.
